Description of the course
The aims of the seminar (in progress) would be:
-to enhance the intercultural competence of the trainers and to develop the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes for dealing with multicultural team of trainees
-to become familiar with person-centered and critical adult education models
-to learn how to use of the art methods (theatre, visual arts, dance, video) in the intercultural non formal education ű
-to get familiar with notions of intercultural adaptation
-to acquire traditional and innovative evaluation skills

Teaching methods: experiential workshops, lectures, video projections
Addressed to: adult educators, intercultural mediators, artists, social workers, psychologists, etc.
