The Art fo intercultural adaptation in new environment conference takes place as a concluding event of the international collaborative project called Ariadne. The project aims to research, develop and deliver creative arts activities in order to measure the impact of arts engagement on the experience of migrants within their new cultural environment. During the project we collected and wrote theories on how art can enhance individual’s adaptation, we developed and experimented exciting art workshops with migrants in 5 countries and we assessed their impact with research methods developed by us and we also held a training for professionals.  

In the conference we will present our theories and activities and we also invited several experts, artists working on the field of art to share their methods, thoughts about community art, interculturality, migration from Belgium, Finland, France,Greece, Poland, Spain, UK. The conference will be very practice based and participatory.
